Project description: Farmers Park, developed by Matt O’Reilly and silent partners of Green Circle Projects, is a sustainable mixed-use community and retail destination centered around the Farmers Market of the Ozarks, said Hufft Projects architect Jeffrey Kloch. The weekly market, which features locally grown produce and crafts, also will include an interactive public space, a plaza with fountains and a garden space for residents. The development, Kloch said, is designed to be environmentally friendly with 58 apartments qualifying for Energy Star and Indoor AirPlus ratings by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and a 42,000-square-foot office building built to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design-Silver standards. O’Reilly said Metropolitan Grill has signed on as anchor tenant of the office building with a rooftop bar and ground floor restaurant and patio. He said 60 percent of the retail space is committed to lease.
