Project description: On 3 acres adjacent to Family Pharmacy’s corporate headquarters, the regional drug store chain plans to consolidate three warehouse operations at leased spaces in Nixa. Serving as a general-merchandise distributorship, the new warehouse will supply front-end items for the Ozark-based company’s nearly 20 stores, said Brian Bingham, Family Pharmacy’s director of business development. The company purchased its current corporate office campus and the adjoining lot in mid-2011.
