Project description: A need for more space led orthodontic specialist Dr. Frank Sharp, DDS, MS, PC to the construction of a new facility. His practice currently operates in about 2,000 square feet at 222 E. Primrose St., Ste. B. The new structure, at more than double the square footage, is designed with an in-house laboratory, open treatment area with six dental chairs, two console rooms, two records rooms, clinic area, waiting room, offices and an on-deck area with video games for kids. It also creates the potential to bring other orthodontists into the practice. "I can take in two more orthodontists without having to change anything on this building," he said. Sharp will update his equipment with the move. Signature Bank is providing the financing.
