Project description: Evangel University tore down the last of its World War II-era barracks to make way for this administration building. The three-story building will anchor the campus quadrangle, housing office space for student development, business and finance, institutional advancement, computer services and the office of university President Robert Spence, according to project architect Stephen Telscher. The university is paying for construction with donations.
