Project description: After 40 years in Plaza Towers, Springfield accounting firm Elliott, Robinson & Co. LLP is moving to the TerraGreen Office Park southeast of Sunshine Street and U.S. Highway 65. Managing Partner Bob Helm said recent growth prompted construction of a standalone building with roughly 50 offices and three conference rooms – the largest of which could hold up to 64 people and would be available for community groups. Morelock-Ross Project Manager Robin Newhart said the one-story office building is designed with brick and metal accents, as well as several clerestory windows to let in natural light.
