Project description: Michael Nesbitt, vice president and project manager for Nesbitt Construction, said the project features 2,250 square feet of office space for Easter Law Firm LLC, with an additional 1,250 square feet available for lease. He said the steel frame building with brick and stone exterior places an emphasis on energy efficiency, which includes spray foam insulation and roof curbs for a future solar panel installation. The interior includes a built-in storm shelter that doubles as workspace. Nesbitt said the lease space is available for $15.75 per square foot with a $50 per square foot infill allowance available through the leasing agent, Lee McLean III of Plaza Realty & Management Services LLC. A. Deckard Interiors LLC is performing interior design work.
