Project description: Three tenants – one restaurant and two offices – are in discussions with leasing agent Bob Massengale of Empire Realtors. The shopping center, near Tracker Road and Highway 160, will have two equal buildings and might eventually include a third, Massengale said. It will offer 16 units of 1,500 square feet each, with lease rates of $12 to $14 per square foot, triple net. The center features foam-block construction by Nixa’s Diversified Plastics Corp.
