Estimated construction cost: $4.9 million for the three structures

Description of project: This project provides new houses for the Sigma Nu, Lambda Chi Alpha, pictured, and Kappa Alpha fraternities on the Drury University campus. Each will include living and common areas for fraternity members. Sigma Nu House features a two-story entry foyer with an oversized chandelier with a matching floor crest. Lambda Chi Alpha House includes an activity room with a barrel ceiling and French doors that lead to an outdoor terrace. Kappa Alpha House will feature old Southern-style architecture with veranda-style terraces.
