Project description: Digital Monitoring Products, which was established as a research-and-development branch for Atlas Security Systems, is adding production space to its 78,000-square-foot building in Partnership Industrial Center. The new structure is a pre-engineered metal building with two pre-cast concrete walls and a standing seam roof system, according to Lowell Thomas, a senior project manager with Rich Kramer Construction. DMP chief financial officer Joe Reynolds said industrial revenue bonds through the Small Business Development Corp. were used to cover the cost of construction.
