Project description: Dale’s Roofing’s headquarters will grow more than six times its size this summer when the company moves only a block from its Rogersville office. “We can see our new building from where we’re at,” said Jennifer Rector, secretary and treasurer of Dale’s Roofing. Rector is married to Vice President Dale L. Rector, whose father, President Dale P. Rector, started Dale’s Roofing in 1986. With 39 employees, the residential roof replacement company has outgrown its 1,000-square-foot facility. The new building adds a 3,500-square-foot warehouse, a showroom and a conference room for training.
