Project description: Woonsocket, R.I.-based CVS Pharmacy expects to wrap up construction on its new Springfield location in July, with a store opening in mid-August, said CVS spokesman Mike DeAngelis. The store will be a prototypical CVS with a full-service and drive-through pharmacy, photo processing center and space for a complete line of health and beauty products, general merchandise and convenience food, he said. Building construction is estimated to cost $900,000, and site work will run approximately $1 million.
