Project description: The 54-year old Springfield insurance company is constructing a new facility that at least doubles its current space at 3130 S. Fremont Ave. The structure is designed with add-on capabilities that would bring the total size up to 17,000 square feet. A second phase is planned for an additional 4,300 square feet. Croley Insurance offers personal, property and casualty lines, bonds, employee benefits and financial services.
