Project description: Four acres along East Highway 14 in Nixa, owned by Crimson Plaza LLC principals Dr. William Campbell and Steve Eoff, is being developed into a retail, office and medical center. DuWayne Eoff of Eoff & Associates is constructing this L-shaped strip center with his signature look, a la Aundria Plaza and Imperial Plaza, other Eoff-developed centers in Springfield. Campbell will move his family practice from 107 Village Center Drive, Nixa, and plans to collaborate with other practitioners to serve the new clinic. Family Pharmacy has signed on as the center's end cap tenant and will share space with Cruisin' USA Frozen Custard, which is moving from Ozark; Lynn Morris owns both businesses. Crimson Plaza could house as many as 16 tenants when full, Eoff said.|ret||ret||tab|
