Project description: Creative Ink Architects LLC is creating its own office space in this adaptive reuse of an existing 2,400-square-foot residence in Galloway Village. Creative Ink architect Brad Erwin said the contractor is adding 1,400 square feet to the 1907-built structure. Renovations will re-create historic features comparable to commercial buildings along the Galloway Creek valley at the turn of the century.
