Project description: Sam Coryell is adding to his apartment inventory on the northwest corner of the Sunshine-Kansas Expressway intersection. Coryell Crossing will feature 176 units, ranging from studio size to four bedrooms, with rental rates of $450 to $1,175, Coryell said. The apartments will be built in one phase along with a pool and amenity building. At the property, Coryell also owns Marion Park Apartments, Highland Park Apartments and Sherwood Village Apartments.
