Project description: The second phase of Coryell Courts comprises 160 units out of a total 360, along with basketball and tennis courts. The north Springfield apartment complex also has a fitness center and a private movie theater. Units range from one to three bedrooms, with rental rates between $495 and $995. Phase II completion is scheduled for this summer, according to Jacob Harvey, spokesman for TLC Properties, which manages Coryell Courts. Phase I wrapped in August.
