Project description: Coryell Enterprises is constructing five buildings and 200 units in the first phase of the north Springfield complex, which will feature a fitness center and private movie theater. Units range in size from one to three bedrooms, with rental rates from $495 to $995, said Jacob Harvey, director of marketing and public relations for TLC Properties, which manages Coryell Courts. There are 360 total units planned for completion in June 2009, Harvey said. Coryell Enterprises, owned by Sam M. Coryell, has constructed at least part of all 16 properties owned by his father, Sam E. Coryell, and TLC Properties Inc.
