Project description: Set back from James River Freeway and Campbell Avenue, Coryell Commons is designed to serve Springfield’s 55 and older community, said Dave Coryell, TLC Properties’ chief financial officer. With 130 units planned in the four-story building, prices start at $550 a month for studios to $1,250 a month for multibedroom units. Coryell said the developers bought the property from the city of Springfield, which had identified needs for senior living residences.
