Project description: Corwin Automotive Group is relocating its operations from two Sunshine Street locations to one dealership on about 15 developed acres on East Kearney Street near U.S. Highway 65. Jeff McConville, operating partner for Corwin Automotive of Springfield, said the new site will house the group’s Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and Fiat fleets. About 45,000 square feet of the building will be dedicated to a service and parts department, McConville said. Also within the building will be a dedicated Jeep showroom. McConville said the new location gives the group more room and allows for consolidation of its service facilities.
Utah-based gourmet cookie chain Crumbl Cookies opened its first Springfield shop; interior design business Branson Upstaging LLC relocated; and Lauren Ashley Dance Center LLC added a second location.
