Project description: This is the second phase of a multiphase office complex. Building C, which will be ready for infill in June, comprises 6,303 square feet, while Building F, which will be ready in July, houses 7,060 square feet of usable space. The two will be split into bays ranging from 1,000 square feet to 2,100 square feet. Smith-Goth Engineers is mechanical engineer, while Smith Consulting Engineers is structural engineer for the project.
