Project description: This project, the new headquarters for Community Foundation of the Ozarks, is the second attempt to build on the site. The initial building effort was marred by a structural collapse April 27 that left two workers with minor injuries. The foundation currently leases an office in Hammons Tower. The new building will help form a nonprofit campus downtown, due to its proximity to the offices of United Way of the Ozarks and Community Partnership of the Ozarks.
