Estimated cost: $3.5 million

Lender: None (Industrial revenue bonds paid for this project, along with a contribution from David and Lesley Trottier of former building owner Summer Fresh.)

Estimated completion date: Mid-January

Project description: The former Summer Fresh grocery store has been transformed into the new base of operations for Community Blood Center of the Ozarks. The remodeled building features an addition of mechanical and loading garages and gives CBCO expanded donor and community spaces. The façade facelift includes new exterior windows, canopy structures and a fresh color palette. Butler, Rosenbury & Partners Inc. designed the architecture and interiors, and Garage Graphics & Visuals Inc. created signage and entrance displays, said BRP architect Jeff Smith.
