Project description: The new headquarters for telemarketing firm Communication Solutions comprises 22,500 square feet for calling, training and support rooms and 8,000 square feet across two stories for corporate offices, said Heritage Construction owner Bob VanOmmeren. Communication Solutions Director of Business Development Bryan Williams said in July the company expects to hire roughly 100 employees to staff the new center when it opens. VanOmmeren said the cost of construction was roughly $3 million, and Williams said the expansion plan represents a capital investment of $5 million.
