Project description: Doug Acklin, a property manager with Brentwood Management – Craig Wagoner’s development and property management firm – said the three-story structure is designed with retail and restaurant space on the lower level and 16 one- and two-bedroom apartments above, ranging from $650 to $900 per month. Acklin said the building would connect to the College Station parking garage, allowing direct access for residents.
