Project description: This development, which will eventually consist of three buildings, is designed for small- to medium-sized businesses or offices. Each building will be sold as an office condominium that can be divided into four units, according to Greg Huntsman of Jim Hutcheson Realtors. Huntsman and Tim Pedigo of Pedigo Construction own the property. The development will include interconnected sidewalks and front-door parking and is designed for attorneys, accountants or financial service providers, Huntsman said. The first building is slated for completion this month.
