Project description: This full-service facility will be the third City Utilities Employee Credit Union; other branches already are operating at 818 N. Benton Ave. and 248 E. Primrose, a shared branch with other credit unions. According to President and CEO Judy Hadsall, the new building will offer lobby and drive-through services as well as automated teller machines. The credit union is acting as its own general contractor on the project, Hadsall said.
