Project description: According to leasing agent Loren Winter with McLoud & Company, there are two signed tenants for the retail plaza, located across the street from Nixa City Hall. While Domino's Pizza and Shake's Frozen Custard will occupy the center's end caps, Winter said a specialty wine and beer store is considering a 4,000-square-foot space. Developers Charlie Yocum, William B. White Jr. and Tim Harrington, the principals of TCB Resources LLC, also have plans for a larger strip center in west Springfield at West Bypass and Mt. Vernon Street.
