Project description: Another new bank is being developed on East Kearney. Citizens National Bank of Springfield is adding its fourth location, but its first on Springfield's north side. "We know there are banks back toward Glenstone and Kearney, but we feel like that whole area is wide open," CNB co-founder Frank Hilton said of the north-side market. The full-service bank features a drive-up ATM, he said. Larry Butler will serve as vice president and manager of the Kearney location and a staff of 10 is planned.
