Project description: This new single-story dialysis and nephrology center, under construction just west of Citizens Memorial Hospital’s medical campus, will include patient care areas, labs and office space. Hospital officials say patients receiving care in one of the 16 hemodialysis chairs at the facility will be treated to scenic views and a spacious atmosphere. There will also be a patient room for home peritoneal and hemodialysis education, plus a waiting room, staff support areas and a water room. The CMH Nephrology Clinic, newly opened in September 2024 at the Douglas Medical Center, will move into the building upon its completion.
