Project description: The third and final phase of this facility is under construction, comprising six storage buildings and bringing the total to 15 storage facilities plus an office building, said architect Brent Stevens of H Design Group. The development will have 762 units, according to co-owner and contractor Trent Cowherd. The buildings will feature brick and masonry façades and range in size from 8,000 square feet to 12,000 square feet. The first phase, comprising five buildings, opened in October 2003.
