Project description: Chesterfield Lofts LLC, organized by Mike Fusek of Sperry Van Ness/Rankin Co., is developing its second 1920s-style lofts at Chesterfield Village. The five-floor building will feature first-floor office space and 24 one- and two-bedroom units as well as a rooftop patio and deck with barbecue grills and lounge chairs. Fusek said apartment prices start at $995, and unit features include 10-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, granite countertops, walk-in showers and $5,000 closet packages. The project follows the first Chesterfield Lofts building at 2208 W. Chesterfield Village Blvd., which Fusek said is fully occupied a year after opening. He said the development group has a confidential commitment to lease half of the office space in the new building.
