Project description: The expansion project would double the size of Central States Industrial’s warehouse to more than 32,000 square feet, said President Mark Cook, who owns the piping fabrication and distribution company, while Cook Industrial Properties owns its real estate. The project also will permit CSI to increase its production operations by more than 10,000 square feet and add 8,500 square feet of office space, he said. Since moving into Partnership Industrial Center in 1997, Cook said CSI has added 80 full-time positions, and now employs 112. He said the company is hiring for four positions and expects to add 50 employees within five years.
