Project description: Maples Properties LLC is leasing and managing this new north Springfield strip center. It will hold as many as eight tenants, with bays ranging in size from 1,495 square feet and up, said leasing agent Chris Maples. The retail plaza is adjacent to Wilhoit Properties Inc.'s Cedarwood Terraces townhouse complex. "We should serve them well," Maples said. No tenants have been signed yet.
