Project description: The Nixa convenience store is one of two in Christian County the firm is building for Casey’s General Stores (Nasdaq: CASY), said Nick Sellers, a project manager with Williams Construction. The general contractor also is building a store on Highway CC in Ozark expected to open by August. In Nixa, the store is a former Burger King site purchased by Casey’s in January, and Sellers said it’s designed with 16 fuel pumps and a kitchen area for production of Casey’s pizza, subs and breakfast items. According to Caseys.com, the convenience store chain currently operates four stores in Nixa.
