Project description: Fast-casual restaurant Qdoba Mexican Grill will be among the first businesses moving into the 8,700-square-foot Campus Plaza Center, which is designed as a home for companies catering to nearby college students and downtown traffic, according to Deryk Morelock, social media director of Morelock-Ross Builders Inc. and Burrito Concepts, a division of Morelock-Ross that operates Qdoba franchises. Burrito Concepts co-owner Randy Allen said Qdoba plans to occupy 2,550 square feet, and roughly one-third of the center is expected to be leased to other businesses, while the rest would be built to suit. He said an undisclosed company has signed a letter of intent for lease space.
