Project description: The church's 2,000-square-foot addition and 6,000-square-foot renovation began with a donation from the Evelyn McNabb Trust, said Chris Upp, chairman of the church trustees. The trustees felt they could best honor McNabb's memory by creating a more hospitable, welcoming feel, Upp said. There will be more space for the fellowship hall, and a new entrance for a friendlier appearance to visitors, said Morris Dock, owner of general contractor MoDoCo. The renovation also will create three offices for the management staff of the church's Small Wonders child development center.Springfield Business Journal brings you new projects each week.
