The Liberty Bank-financed project is designed to seat 150 diners, according to Roy, who also owns one Buckingham’s in Springfield at 2415 N. Glenstone Ave. The fast-casual restaurant’s menu includes barbecue ribs, salads and sandwiches. Roy said the Nixa eatery also would feature a drive-through, a full-service bar and a patio.
