Project description: Tyler Peck, project designer for H Design Group, said the stand-alone building adjacent to Walmart and Lowe’s in Ozark was designed for Cameron Roy, the owner of the Buckingham’s restaurants in Nixa and in north Springfield. The building includes a drive thru, private party room, outdoor covered patio, and separate bar and eating areas. Peck said the interior is designed with a rustic appearance, utilizing reclaimed materials such as barn siding, beams and metal roof panels. Roy said he had been considering a site near James River Assembly when Jared Enterprises CEO Curtis Jared agreed to build in Ozark Town Center in exchange for a long-term lease.
