Project description: This center-city complex comprises eight four-bedroom apartments. The apartments, contained in one two-story building and two three-story buildings, share no common walls, according to Mark Tendai, Metro Housing Finders owner. Each bedroom is leased individually so that each unit has four leases, Tendai said. The bedrooms rent for $312 a month, and all rooms are pre-leased. Tendai said the location’s appeal is that it is close to Southwest Missouri State University’s campus and was already zoned multifamily. Two homes were demolished for construction.
