Project description: Owner Mark Foley said he is relocating Brookline Doorworks to south Springfield off of Campbell Avenue from its 6553 W. Farm Road 140 shop, west of town. He said the move is designed to give the 30-year-old company more visibility and greater access to its customers. The building includes a roughly 1,200-square-foot showroom for selling garage doors and openers, as well as windows and interior and exterior doors. An 8,000-square-foot warehouse will store products for sale to contractors and the public, as well as products the company installs. Foley said the company has a client base in the thousands across its 100-mile radius territory.
