Project description: This two-story office and retail development is the first commercial project of KayGra Properties and owner Rick Kierstead. Kierstead also owns general contractor Creative Building & Development Co., which Office Manager Amy Decker said is developing Glengary Cottages, a southwest Springfield development of 16 duplex patio homes. Bristol Towne Centre consists of five units on each floor, with parking at both levels. Decker said the units should be available by Dec. 1. The project is near the headquarters of The Team, HealthMEDX and Larry Snyder & Co. at the southwest corner of U.S. Highway 65 and State Highway CC.
