A 36-foot tower will rise from the middle of the center, according to project superintendent Tom Miller of Dock Brothers Construction Co. Brickstone Village will have 21 available units with lease rates starting at $15.50, triple net, according to leasing agent Mike Mellinger of Mellinger Commercial. Developer James J. Haik is the older brother of Gallery Eleven developer John Haik.
