Project description: The clubhouse is part of HCW’s Branson Hills project, a $200 million development off U.S. Highway 65 and Branson Hills Parkway. Branson Hills includes a shopping area, 800 single-family lots, 500 condominiums, 48 senior residences and a $20 million, 18-hole golf course called The Tribute, dedicated to the late southwest Missouri professional golfer Payne Stewart. The clubhouse will feature a golf pro shop, administrative offices, men’s and women’s lounges and locker rooms and a full-service restaurant, according to Sarah Campbell, marketing and graphics assistant with project architect Butler, Rosenbury & Partners. Branson Hills is scheduled for completion in late 2008, according to Sandy Steward, director of construction for HCW.
