Project description: David Cushman of Cushman Properties in Branson is principal member of Branson Financial Center LLC, project owner. Ron Phillips, Nabholz Construction project manager, said a four-story structure was added to an adjacent three-story building. Two tenants are signed: Cushman Properties and Commerce Bank. Suites are available for lease for about $15 per square foot, or purchase, and range from 1,370 square feet to more than 10,000 square feet with whole floors available, said Tim Scott, Cushman Properties operations officer.
