Project description: Planning has taken 10 years and fund raising has taken three years for this project, which will be named in honor of southwest Missouri congressman Roy Blunt. The facility will include a gymnasium, running track, wellness center, fitness studio, locker rooms, teen and family area and administration offices. A second phase will add a swimming pool.
