Project description: The new Bojangles’ restaurant will be one of more than 300 nationwide for the Charlotte, N.C.-based chain. Owner and developer Robert Winters is also acting as the general contractor through his Regal Industries company. The restaurant is set to open around the first of the year. The new restaurant will be Winters’ second Bojangles’; he also owns an Ozark location. Plans are in the works for a Bojangles’ in Republic, which is expected to open in summer 2005.
