Project description: This project is the second of two additions to the company’s original 12,000-square-foot facility. The new space will hold general offices and clinic space for pharmaceutical testing, according to Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer Dave Koenigsfeld. The first expansion, completed in late 2005, added 3,000 square feet. Founded in 1994, Bio-Kinetic is a drug development services company that designs and conducts Phase I clinical studies for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
