Project description: Jared Enterprises CEO Curtis Jared said the commercial property management firm signed a long-term lease for undisclosed terms with Big O Tires. The property will be the second tire store in Springfield for Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.-based Big O Tires LLC. Jared said the shop is designed with a showroom and 10-bay service area for tire installations and repairs.
