Project description: Morelock-Ross Project Manager David Ross said the second of possibly seven phases in the $30 million Bear Village Student Housing development adds 84 beds. Sheri Sommer, an operations assistant and new development manager for owner Bryan Properties, said the second phase comprises one building with 33 apartments featuring one to four bedrooms. Leased by the bed, prices range from $600 to $750 per month, including utilities, Sommer said. Construction also is underway on Phase III, Ross said, which would bring the total to 293 beds out of a planned 800 beds.
