Project description: Through Beacon Suites LLC, Denver-based developer Beacon Student Housing is building a 201-bed student housing complex catering to Springfield college students. The developers, including local partner and commercial real estate agent Tim Roth, are fully furnishing the units with flat screen televisions and washers and dryers. Roth said rents per unit would range from $565 to $700 per month with shared amenities such as a fitness center, study rooms and a community room with a coffee bar and game station.
